Barronium®
Fused Composite Armour
Fused Composite Armour is an aerospace-grade protective system engineered for exceptional durability and resistance to cutting and wear. By metallurgically bonding advanced composite materials to a rigid steel substrate, the result is a hybrid structure that combines ductility with extreme surface hardness.
This engineered system is designed to withstand a wide range of attack methods, including power tools and angle grinders. The fusion process creates a unified material architecture that resists delamination while maintaining structural integrity under high stress.
Barronium® armour thickness can be optimised locally, allowing precise control over the balance between weight and security performance. This enables targeted reinforcement in high-risk areas without unnecessary mass elsewhere.

Boaflexicore® Plus
Multilayer Flexible Composite Construction
Our patented multilayer composite construction is engineered to deliver high levels of security while maintaining exceptional flexibility. At its core is a high-tensile steel element, protected by an advanced composite exoskeleton.
The exoskeleton is designed to absorb and dissipate energy from attacks, shielding the tensile core from cutting and impact forces. Crucially, it flexes in synchronisation with the steel core, ensuring maximum manoeuvrability without compromising security performance.
The system is currently manufactured in discrete lengths. Development is underway for bulk reel formats and over-armouring solutions to support a wider range of industrial and infrastructure applications.

Boaflexicore®
Multilayer Flexible Composite Construction
Boaflexicore® is a multilayer flexible composite system engineered to deliver lightweight performance with enhanced mechanical protection. The patented cable and polymer architecture provides excellent flexibility while maintaining a high level of resistance to non-shear cutting tools, such as bolt croppers, as well as mechanical impact attacks.
The system is designed to perform reliably in demanding environments, including low-temperature conditions down to -40°C, without embrittlement or loss of flexibility.
Boaflexicore® can be supplied in continuous reel lengths of up to 1 km, enabling efficient deployment across large-scale applications.
